hello parents beginning tomorrow August 27th my zoom classroom mrs. Sony Spanish class will be requiring a passcode in addition to the meeting ID to enter so your student can choose to continue to access this evening by a app that once they get there they will have to put in the meeting ID as well as the passcode that I will be sending out in this email if they want to access it by a class link they would have click on class link and it should log them in automatically if it doesn't their username and password are on the back of their iPad then they would click on this purple circle for Otis once it gets this homepage they won't put in their email or password they would instead click on the bottom right-hand corner the little Office 365 box with the four little box and it said log them in automatically once they arrived to the Otis homepage they will click on the lessons and then they would click on venki filter that will stall espanyol it's the top it's just left in here at the top here on their iPad because they have lessons from other teachers as well they might have to school to find it once they reach here they would click on this Zoom espanyol and then on their devices it will have a link that they will just click and it should take them automatically to the meeting and log them if it does require a meeting ID and passcode those are included here as well but it should do it automatically all right that's it for today thank you
